In today’s hyper connected world, streaming and social media platforms are more than just entertainment hubs, they’re digital ecosystems governed by a complex web of rules. Understanding the terms of service, community guidelines, and content policies are essential. These rules shape what we see, share, and say online, and breaking them can mean anything from a shadowban to a full account suspension.

  • Enforcement: Content removal, warnings, suspensions, and monetization restrictions. Appeals are possible
Favorited Guidelines
  • Focus: Positive, inclusive streaming experience.
  • Key Rules: Strict anti-harassment policies, no illegal content, and respectful interactions. Applies to all content types
  • Enforcement: Content removal, stream disconnection, feature disabling, warnings, or bans.
Kick Guidelines
  • Focus: Creator-first, transparent moderation.
  • Key Rules: No dangerous stunts, harassment, or illegal content. Context and intent are considered in moderation decisions
  • Enforcement: Clear status labels (e.g., suspended, banned), with appeal options for most cases.
Facebook Standards
  • Focus: Safety, dignity, and authenticity.
  • Key Rules: No violence, hate speech, harassment, nudity, or misinformation. Protects privacy and child safety
  • Enforcement: Content removal, account restrictions, and reporting tools. Community Notes now replace fact-checking
Instagram Guidelines
  • Focus: Authentic engagement and original content.
  • Key Rules: No spammy calls to action, banned words (e.g., “free,” “money”), or misleading promotions. Prioritizes storytelling
  • Enforcement: Reduced reach, shadowbans, or account suspensions. Community Notes system now in place
Rumble Terms & Conditions
  • Focus: Free speech and creator control.
  • Key Rules: Rumble emphasizes minimal content moderation, allowing a broader range of expression than many other platforms. However, it still prohibits:
  • Illegal content (e.g., child exploitation, terrorism)
  • Copyright infringement
  • Malicious or harmful behavior (e.g., doxxing, threats)
  • Enforcement: Rumble may remove content or suspend accounts that violate its Terms & Conditions, but moderation is generally lighter than on mainstream platforms
Discord Community Guidelines
  • Focus: Safe, inclusive communities and real-time interaction.
  • Key Rules: Discord’s guidelines apply across all servers and content types. Prohibited behaviors include:
  • Harassment, bullying, or coordinated attacks (e.g., server raiding)
  • Hate speech or hateful conduct
  • Doxxing or sharing personal information without consent
  • Threats of violence or support for violent extremism
  • Enforcement: Discord may issue warnings, remove content, suspend accounts or servers, and report violations to law enforcement. Off-platform behavior can also be considered in enforcement decisions
