Absolutely not! You can manage creators within our agency regardless of whether you’re part of our agency, another agency, or not affiliated with any agency at all.
As a Live Manager, your role is to support and guide the creators you bring in, keeping them motivated to go live consistently. You’ll help nurture their growth, offer coaching, and ensure they stay engaged. We’ll back you up with support for issues like bans, and assist in securing brand and affiliate opportunities for your creators.
This is not a salaried position, you’re not an employee. This is a 1099 independent contractor role, meaning you’ll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule and work from anywhere. You’ll be responsible for your own taxes and reporting. Compensation is based on monthly referral fees for each creator you recruit and manage, with rates discussed when you begin.
We count on creators to live stream at least 10 hours per month, produce high-quality content and actively engage with their audience.
