Age Requirement
All creators must be at least 18 years old to qualify for representation. This age requirement is mandatory and non-negotiable.
Primary TikTok Account Requirement
All applications to must be submitted using the creator’s primary TikTok account. Creators are not permitted to apply using a backup or secondary account if their main account is already affiliated with another talent agency or is currently participating in TikTok’s official LIVE Creator Program. The agency will verify the eligibility of each applicant based on the status of their primary account.
Conduct Expectations
All creators are representatives of the agency and must uphold a high standard of professionalism:
- Respectful Behavior: No hate speech, harassment, bullying, or discriminatory language.
- Compliance: Adherence to the Terms of Service of all platforms used.
- Adult Content: Sexually explicit or adult-oriented content is prohibited.
- Sponsorship Integrity: All sponsored content must be disclosed clearly and comply with FTC guidelines.
- Collaboration Etiquette: Professional conduct is expected during collaborations with other creators or brands.
- Off-Stream Conduct: Behavior on social media and in public must reflect positively on the agency.
Streaming Expectations
To maintain a consistent and professional presence, all creators under agency representation are expected to meet the following minimum standards:
- Streaming Frequency: Minimum of 3 live streams per month with a total of 6 hours per month.
- Content Quality: Streams must be in HD (720p or higher), with clear audio and minimal technical issues.
- Brand Alignment: Content must align with the agency’s brand values and the creator’s personal brand strategy.
- Engagement: Creators are expected to interact with their audience during live sessions.
- Inactivity Policy: Creators who do not stream for 30 consecutive days, must notify your assigned agent in advance. Unreported or unexplained absences may result in contract termination.
New Creator Grace Period & Performance Review
To ensure growth and alignment with agency goals, new creators will undergo regular evaluations:
- Initial Grace Period: New creators a 60-day grace period to meet baseline expectations.
- Performance Reviews:
- Stream frequency and consistency
- Audience growth and engagement
- Content quality and innovation
- Brand collaboration participation
- Support Plan: Underperforming streamers may be placed on a 30-day improvement plan with agency support.
Violations and Enforcement
To maintain a professional and safe environment, the following enforcement structure is in place:
